We at CXG Outsourcing are expanding the team of our US based partner (working in the Business Spend Management and E-invoicing field). If you want an opportunity to show your organizational skills, then our Treasury Customer Adoption Manager role is just the one for you. 
 
You will work closely with business customers to help them get the greatest value from our partner’s platform. 
 
What a day in the life of a Treasury Customer Adoption Manager is like: 

• Develop Treasury best practices on existing processes and TMS functionalities within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption;        
• Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Treasury Management System (TMS), and provide assistance to colleagues where needed
• Manage multiple customers by helping them focus on their goals and driving the engagement towards continuous improvement;
• Manage the customer engagement by using strong project management practices while also developing solutions to business problems;
• Provide a strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform of our partner and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs; 
• Create and/or improve templates, training and presentations 

 
To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

• Proven experience in the financial field (preferably in Treasury)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related experience 
• Proactiveness and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers  
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business needs  
• Fluent English 
• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage

• Knowledge of any Treasury Management System 
• Hands-on experience in business customer/client management
• Ability to build a strong relationship with customers and creating plans for their future development
• Strong curiosity of understanding how things work and learning new tools
• Proactiveness and Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Cloud operating models, AWS, etc
