As a Talent Acquisition Analyst you will be mastering the job ads and matching the right applicants – it’s vital, I swear. Quality talent acquisition starts with us. As we have taken on our newest adventure in the Talent Acquisition realm (after many years in the BPO), we’ve jumped headfirst in the project, where hiring a detailed oriented and passionate for quality people is a must. Some of the main tasks you will be taking over are:

  • Analyzing job boards and posting to capture the relevant information (cut to the chase, what does the candidate want to see?)
  • Format, rephrase and submit for publication approved positions into the relevant job board
  • Analyze and mark must-have skills based on the job add worked on, to better match what the right people to the right opportunities
  • Sourcing point of contact within the organization of interest (HR department)
  • Weekly re-validating of published job adds for any changes (to make sure we didn’t get lost in the past and still recruit for a closed position)
  • Sorting candidates in the ATS tracker and matching them to the relevant job openings

What will you need to be good at it:

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on the detail to minimize unnecessary supervision
  • Someone cool with repetitive tasks
  • Somewhat interested in the Recruitment/TA field
  • To be comfortable communicating in English(B2), spoken and written - we work with various partners and colleagues from all around the world
  • Good work ethic and professional approach to colleagues – communication is key
  • Good at organization and prioritization of tasks
  • You don’t panic when you have to change the way you work or the processes followed and you quickly adapt – change is imminent to growth 
  • MS office package knowledge(basic, but if you are a PRO Kudos to you)

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and headhunting
  • Excellent time management skills, capable to work under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage
