Supplier Enablement Consultant
We at CXG Outsourcing are expanding the team of our US based partner (working in the Business Spend Management and E-invoicing field) We’re on the lookout for a highly energetic and driven customer champions to work on the Supplier Success team. 

The role of Supplier Enablement Consultant will help our customers get the most out of their investment by driving enablement activities with suppliers. Our ideal candidate would also be result-oriented with the motivation to help our customers get the most out of their investment and help them achieve their goals on time.


What a day in the life of a Supplier Enablement Consultant is like:
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the supplier enablement functional area with a strong understanding of the source-to-pay process 
  • Providing supplier enablement mentoring consultancy to customers, helping them embed the knowledge gained from reporting and analysis and furthering their knowledge through training on supplier enablement activities
  • Working with different teams to ensure you are up to date with best practices and can design the optimal supplier enablement solution to help customers successfully realize their financial goal.
  • Create and/or improve supplier enablement implementation templates, training, documentation, and presentations
  • Follow the company implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s unique business needs

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • 5+ years’ consulting experience and/or forward-facing customer experience preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience and hands-on knowledge of supplier enablement methodology and/or working knowledge of systems delivery and technical supplier enablement methods (i.e. cXML, EDI, CSV)
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a must
  • Extremely strong client management skills and ability to work with customers to execute an implementation plan 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Knowledge of a second major European language such as Spanish, German or French is a huge advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Business Process Experience with a focus in the supplier enablement space and an analytical mindset and approach for solving problems
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay business process
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines
  • A curious mind constantly seeking out new knowledge and specialist skills outside your own area of expertise
