Your primary function will be to work along with client’s commercial manager to explore new business opportunities, manage different levels of clients’ escalations and ensuring delivery to contract KPIs’ and SLAs’.

What you will be:

  • Responsible for portfolio of clients, managing Supplier relationships at an operational level.
  • Monitoring operational performance against key KPI’s to ensure all services are delivered and supported within parameters of the Contract and service as initial escalation point.
  • Acting as technical consultant and escalation point to Supplier Implementation and Support teams.
  • Having a good understanding of invoice data requirements and connectivity methods, as well as of company’s procedures.
  • Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion, as well as understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Supporting Strategic Suppliers as identified by management and to delivering a complete solution, including testing and file connectivity, within defined timescales.
  • Responsible for continuous improvements of the service delivered to the specific account.

Your strong advantage would be to have:

  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Direct experience in analysis of XML, IDOC, CSV, EDI FACT and fixed length data files.
  • Experience in Microsoft package and specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Account Management/Service Delivery experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to SLA's and experience of managing key customer relationships within a service delivery type role.
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables basic knowledge. Desirable Good understanding of the Invoice to payment process.
  • Experience in creating reports on SLA performance and service availability.
  • Broad understanding of P2P.
  • Fluency in English.
  • The pro-active approach, motivation and ability to work under pressure.
