We’re currently looking to add to our Sofia team a PMO Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the PMO office making reports and providing summarised information on the projects being managed through the PMO.
What would make you the right candidate:
•A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably technology related)
•Fluency in English both written and verbal
•Skilled in Microsoft office software
•Strong report writing skills
•Having a practical structured approach
•Being a strong team player
What your day-to-day responsibilities look like:
•Manage the collation and reporting of individual project and programme progress reports
•Update on a weekly basis the project dashboard
•Manage the administration associated with all new project requests and allocation of project managers
•Provide communication to the business on progress and status of all projects being managed through the PMO
•Manage the central documentation library
•Support the PMO in the development of new documentation and project management software
•Identify positive and negative trends in the delivery of projects
•Manage the PMO email address
