We are seeking a Senior Category Strategy Manager to join us. In this high-impact role, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for enterprise clients, guiding them in developing and executing their category strategies using our proprietary procurement platform and strategy tool software.
As a senior consultant, you will manage your clients independently, driving adoption, strategic decision-making, and measurable value from the software across all modules.
What you will do:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, owning the end-to-end adoption and implementation of the procurement tool
· Lead strategic workshops and advisory sessions with senior procurement stakeholders to define category strategy, business requirements, and sourcing objectives
· Enable clients to analyze and optimize their spend, uncover cost reduction opportunities, and align strategies with corporate goals
· Guide clients in leveraging the tool’s modules effectively:
Stakeholder mapping
Business requirements gathering
Spend analysis
Strategy objectives and prioritization
Cost reduction levers
Strategy alignment
Implementation planning
· Provide expert recommendations for category strategy development and procurement best practices
· Ensure successful tool adoption and knowledge transfer within client teams
· Collaborate with internal product, consulting, and customer success teams to provide client-tailored solutions
· Act independently, managing multiple strategic accounts and complex projects at the executive level
What we are looking for:
· Excellent knowledge of Portuguese language (C1/C2)
· Fluent English (verbal and written)
· Extensive Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Category Management experience
· Proven experience in driving strategy adoption and implementation for enterprise clients
· Strong understanding of spend analysis and procurement strategy frameworks
· Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage high-value client relationships
· Experience with SaaS procurement tools or strategic platforms
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills
