As an Invoice Specialist you would be responsible to create quality templates in our partner's system Smash which would be used universally across all the servers and customers having similar suppliers.

What a day in the life of  an Invoice Specialist looks like:
 

• Proactively map the files with a goal to reduce the backlog
• Address the invoices in the queue ASAP
• Help the leads to identify issues observed in the system
• Constantly monitor the quality of the process

What you'll bring along:
 

• Good understanding of French (B1 or up)
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent degree
• Good computer experience
• Logical thinking
• Good pattern recognition skills, particularly label and data recognition of text in invoices
• Diligent and committed to produce high quality of work
• Fast learner with attitude of self-learning

What will give you an extra edge:
 

• Software training experience
• Basic understanding of SQL queries
• Sound knowledge of Invoicing
• Familiarity and experience with Accounts Payable processes and documents
