We at CXG Outsourcing are on the lookout for an Email and Chat Support with Dutch to join a partner of ours – a leading trading company.
What a day in the life of an Email and Chat Support with Dutch is like:
Providing information about the instruments and services of the company
Verifying the request details with the customer
Providing support regarding technical and payment issues to customers queries by email and chat
Responding to customer requests for installation, registration, and regular operations with client’s software
Following up on the successful completion of each case and aiming towards a complete customer’s satisfaction
To be successful on this role you’ll need:
Fluency in the Dutch and English
Desire to work on a hybrid model (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)
Willingness to work on shifts (Monday to Friday; 08:00-22:00)
Previous experience in the area will be considered a plus
Financial or Economic education will be considered an advantage
