As a part of our continued growth, we are building a team of experienced Customer Value Managers for one of our clients - a leading American, global company in business spend management. This is a high-impact, client - facing role where you will work closely with business and procurement teams to drive value realization, adoption, and long-term success. You will act as a trusted advisor across service delivery, supply chain processes, procurement strategy, sourcing optimization, and supplier engagement. Your focus will be on helping customers unlock maximum value from their procurement processes, and enduring solutions are fully aligned with their operational and strategic priorities.

Customer Value Managers represent the primary point of contact from the company to customers after they go-live. As such, they provide three critical functions:
- Work with / coach customer teams to drive customer success strategies and to achieve customer success goals
- Provide communication to customers regarding the company, new product capabilities and other critical information
- Provide a consistent point of contact for customers into other company functions and resources needed

What You'll Do: 
·       Customer value realization
·       Customer advocacy and procurement process improvement guidance
·       Support Account Executives with customer renewals and growth of annual contract value.
·       Customer solution expansion, identifying procurement and supply chain opportunities
·       Participate in customer value framework workshops
·       Develop and drive value plan
·       Conduct scheduled customer check-ins
·       Drive periodic business/value reviews
·       Manage renewals
·       Monitor customer performance
·       Manage customer relationships
·       Establish role as trusted advisor
·       Coordinate the company`s internal resources as needed
·       Share best practices, ideas, product information, and relevant news
·       Support/drive customer campaigns
 
Requirements:
·       Strong P2P or S2C domain expertise
·       Experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies
·       Entrepreneurial attitude
·       Proven experience and demonstrated success in:
·       Managing client expectations
·       Developing and maintaining executive relationships and influencing strategies
·       Program management, including leading cross-functional and cross-enterprise project teams
·       Conducting value-based conversations with business executives
·       Procurement process analysis and improvement
·       Strong organizational skills
·       Strong communication skills, including professional writing, verbal communication, and executive-level presentations
·       Background in software and SaaS solutions
·       Fluency in English
·       Proficiency in French/German is a significant advantage
