We at CXG Outscourcing are expanding the team of our US based partner(working in the Business Spend Management and E-invoicing field). We're on the lookout for a highly energetic and driven customer champion to work on the Customer Adoption Team.

What a day in the life of a Customer Adoption Manager with Germal is like:

• Working with business customers towards their future goals and assisting with the better understanding of the company’s products.
• Presenting solutions in written and/or verbal analysis.
• Assist the team with products and business knowledge in order to meet the deliverables of the customer’s plan.
• Running workshops to provide technical, process and workarounds recommendations based on company`s domain knowledge.
• Aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company`s core modules.
• Working with other organizations within the company as well as the global CAM team.

To be sucessfull in the role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written English and German languages.
• Experience with electronic invoicing and Global Compliance.
• P2P experience (2-3 years).
• Experience with working with customers to execute an implementation plan.
• Go live procurement expense management experience.
• Client management skills.
