We are looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to become part of our team in Sofia office, being responsible for the corporate customers in the French market and meeting the deliverables of the customer’s account plan.

What you will do:

• Working with customers to define the scope of a project, activities, and key deliverables
• Presenting solutions in written and or oral reports
• Running workshops to provide technical, process and workarounds recommendations based on company`s domain knowledge
• Working directly with the Customer Value Manager to ensure customer success
• Aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company`s core modules
• Working with other organizations within the company as well as the global Customer Adoption Manager team

What we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Excellent verbal and written French
• P2P or Procurement experience is a must
• Experience in working with customers to execute an implementation plan
• Ability to work in a team
