If we talk about my everyday experience at CXG, I must honestly say it is well comfortable, both in terms of meaningful work functions and cool social climate.
When it comes to business, at my job role I have the heavy responsibility to build close contact with our Key Accounts, and also the opportunity to improve our clients' service experience.
I am also part of a Social Committee internal group, where we organize various activities for all the people.
Being part of the team for more than 2 years has definitely proven to me that CXG is not the ordinary BPO or regular 9-to-6 company. CXG is a Space with Soul.
